Dr. Quisenberry is Associate Clinical Professor at Texas Woman's University (TWU) in Denton, Texas. Dr. Quisenberry holds an CON appointment of Director of MSN/APRN and Nurse Educator programs. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma achieving a bachelor's of science in nursing. She is a Texas Woman's University alumni with a Masters of Science at TWU. Dr. Quisenberry holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Quisenberry's experience spans over two and one-half decades and includes practice as a ICU/CCU Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse within interventional cardiology, acute and chronic heart failure, rheumatology, internal medicine, and primary care settings. Her experience extends to a myriad of roles including Charge Nurse, ICU/CCU Manager, Cardiology Clinical trial Sub-Investigator, Cardiology and Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner, and Sub-Investigator on 150+ pharmacotherapeutic Biologic/DMARD focused phase I-IV investigational studies. Dr. Quisenberry is the Director of the MSN Nurse Practitioner and the Nurse Educator programs. Dr. Quisenberry is a local and national speaker for the American Association of Nurse Practitioners Association, Texas Nurse Practitioner Association and Oklahoma CNS pharmacology Update seminars. Dr. Quisenberry has published in a nursing journal on Munchausen Syndrome by proxy and Rheumatoid Arthritis comorbitity risks.
